Would you like to spend some time with Ann Johnston?

I am pleased to tell you that Ann Johnston will be featured in an upcoming interview. So look for that soon.

Ann has lots of news to share, new exciting things going on. Want a little preview?

She has built a beautiful light filled workshop on her property. It is set in such a lovely tree lined setting in beautiful Oregon.

As many of you are aware, Ann has spent a great deal of time traveling to teach workshops and classes.

Here’s the great news, she will be using that beautiful new workshop to conduct workshops and classes. The really exciting part is that she will have small intimate groups  which will allow for  personal attention, She’ll have more information to share soon. For now,  here’s a quote that  will peak your interest, it did mine:

Workshops/Lectures/Seminars by Ann Johnston

> Ann Johnston Studio Workshops, 2011 Join Ann in her own studio in Lake Oswego, Oregon, to learn fabric dyeing techniques with Procion MX dyes. The minimum number of participants will be four and the maximum will be six to insure individual attention to each person’s artistic interests. Each participant will arrange room and breakfast and dinner for themselves. Informal lunches will be provided at the studio.”

Look at all the light streaming in and beautiful views, nice setting to learn in

  1. The working with other artisans here makes me so nostalgic for my associates at the Middle Georgia Art Association in Macon, GA, where I plan to visit in April, 2012. How they would love to travel at warp speed to your workshop!
